KONREF'in ürettiği her bazik tuğla aynı kaynaktan başlar: kendi Sinter Manyezitimiz; Türkiye'nin kriptokristalin manyezit cevherinden döner fırınımızda sinterlenmiştir. Hammadde pres salonuna ulaşmadan önce kalite kontrolünden geçer — tuğlalarımız bu yüzden partiden partiye tutarlıdır.
Şekillendirme 15 hidrolik preste (2.000 ton'a kadar) yapılır; pişirme dört tünel fırında 1.600 °C'ye kadar gerçekleşir. Her ürün hattı laboratuvarımızda kontrol edilir. Tüm şekiller standart ve özel geometrilerde mevcuttur.
